Clinic

I have a homeopathic practice at Chantal Health and Wellbeing Centre situated above Chantal Foods on Wednesdays by appointment. Although I use homeopathy as my main therapy I also use naturopathic treatments and therapies to enhance, compliment and support the homeopathic treatment.

Confidentiality

All information given by clients during a consultation is confidential. Your client record will be kept confidential and stored securely. I practice under the New Zealand Council of Homepaths NZCH Code of Practice, providing a comfortable safe environment for your health care.

The Homeopathic Consultation

The first consultation with a Homeopath may take 1-1 1⁄2 hours.

During this first consultation the Homeopath seeks to get an understanding of your individual health status and history, this will include all mental, emotional and physical symptoms and how they present in you. This information is necessary so that the Homeopath can find the specific remedy that is most similar to your symptom picture.

Many symptoms may appear unrelated, but the Homeopath looks at the individual picture of each client at a particular time and so determines the required remedy. You may not always be given a remedy at this first consultation as the Homeopath has almost 4,000 remedies to choose from and finding the right one for you may take some time.
